Lightweight two-piece brake rotors designed exclusively for drift cars. The construction was developed with a focus on minimizing unsprung weight, maintaining high stiffness and ensuring reliability during intensive use of both the hydraulic handbrake and the main braking system.
Suitable for both front and rear axle applications.
Characteristics
The rotors consist of two components:
-
a CNC-machined aluminum hat,
-
a cast iron friction ring measuring 331 × 14 mm.
Both components are connected using bolts in a rigid (non-floating) construction, providing high stiffness and precise rotor alignment.
The friction ring features a unique 8-arm design, developed to reduce weight while maintaining high strength and structural rigidity.
Main Advantages
-
two-piece construction,
-
CNC-machined aluminum hat,
-
331 × 14 mm cast iron friction ring,
-
rigid (non-floating) design,
-
extremely low weight,
-
reduced unsprung mass,
-
customizable bolt pattern and center bore,
-
suitable for front and rear axle applications,
-
designed and manufactured in Poland.
Lightweight Design
One complete rotor weighs only 4.75 kg.
Thanks to the use of a CNC-machined aluminum hat and an optimized friction ring design, the unsprung weight has been significantly reduced.
Lower weight improves suspension response, reduces rotational inertia and improves steering response.
Proven in Drift
Before being released for sale, the rotors were developed and tested for over two years in an 800 HP drift car.
During this time, they were subjected to extreme conditions including intensive training sessions and competition use. The construction proved its durability, stiffness and reliability, allowing the product to enter regular production.
Drift-Optimized Construction
These rotors were designed specifically for drift applications.
The design has been optimized for use with hydraulic handbrakes and the main braking system, where the most important factors are:
-
low weight,
-
fast brake system response,
-
high stiffness,
-
consistent performance,
-
resistance to intensive use.
This is not a universal rotor designed for every type of motorsport application. The construction was developed specifically to meet the demands of drift vehicles.
Configuration
Each set is manufactured according to customer requirements.
Available bolt patterns and center bore diameters:
-
5 × 112 / Ø67 mm – Mercedes,
-
5 × 114.3 / Ø62 mm or Ø68 mm – Toyota / Nissan,
-
5 × 120 / Ø79 mm – BMW.
The center bore is manufactured according to the customer’s specification.
Materials
Only high-quality materials are used in production.
Hat:
-
CNC-machined aluminum from solid billet material.
Friction ring:
-
high-quality cast iron.
Manufacturing
The entire product is designed and manufactured in Poland.
The aluminum hats are CNC-machined from solid material. We do not use cast components or materials of unknown origin.
Every rotor is manufactured using materials with verified mechanical properties, ensuring high quality, repeatability and availability of replacement parts.
Spare Parts
All rotor components are available separately as replacement parts.
Available spare parts include:
-
aluminum hats,
-
cast iron friction rings,
-
mounting bolts.
Thanks to the availability of replacement components, wear or damage to a single element does not require replacement of the complete rotor.
This helps reduce operating costs and allows the vehicle to be returned to service quickly.
