The main changes in the new kit are the complete geometry redesign and the overall weight reduction. We have significantly improved grip and steering ease. The driving experience has increased noticeably without losing a single bit of performance. Another major objective was to ensure fast servicing. We designed the kit to be 100% custom — we do not use any OEM suspension components. This allows for quick replacement of damaged parts and faster setup adjustments. Every part has been engineered with performance in mind.

The kit is compatible with OEM brake calipers and OEM wheel bearings. It can be used with coilovers designed for BMW E36, or — with our adapter — with coilovers dedicated to BMW E46.

We also aimed to unify as many components as possible across all new kits. The new control arms fit E30, E36, and E46. The new relocation brackets fit E30, E36, E46, E39, E9x, E8x, and E6x.

The kit provides up to 65° of steering angle.

List of parts and weights (fully assembled)

  • 2 aluminum knuckles – 3.9 kg each

  • 2 steering rods with steering rack adapters – 0.7 kg each

  • 2 adjustable rear control-arm mounts – 0.65 kg each

  • 2 steel control arms – 4 kg each

  • 2 adjustable relocation brackets – 0.65 kg each

  • 1 ackermann adjustment plate set – 0.1 kg

  • 1 lower reinforcement plate for control-arm mounting points – 1.35 kg

  • 2 bolts for steering rack installation

OEM brake hoses are too short.

Correct operation of the kit requires coilovers equipped with a top spring perch containing a thrust bearing (e.g., BC Racing, ISC, XYZ, YellowSpeed, etc.).
If your coilovers do not have a top spring perch with an integrated thrust bearing and an 18 mm pin for mounting in the uniball, you can purchase such perches from us.

For use of this kit on an E30, you must use 5×120 wheel hubs from an E36 and brakes from an E36 or E46.

These perches contain a thrust bearing that allows the entire shock absorber to rotate. The uniball in the top mount is meant to function only as a pivot bearing. Loading the uniball with the full weight of the car and driving without a thrust bearing causes steering bind, spring jumping and creaking in the mounts, and even loosening of the coilover top-nut.
